This blog has been created with the intention of making the plight of Mohammad Majzadeh Ghaemmaghami known to the world. He has been taken prisoner in Iran because of his pro-democracy beliefs and he needs the help of those of all of us so that he may be freed. Please read the post below and sign the petition.

Mohammad Majzadeh Ghaemmaghami Taken Prisoner by Islamic Republic

Mohammad Majzadeh Ghaemmaghami is in EVIN prison political ward 209. He has been arrested since Monday for participating in a labor and pro-democracy demonstration. He is a physics major at the University of Tehran. Thus far he has been arrested 3 other times for his political activities. His mother has pledged 10 million tomans ($10,000) for his release.

We hope that he will be in jail for long, or until an agreement has been reached. However, we need the help of the general public.
